RETURN POLICY

• Store credit only will be issued for accepted returned items.
• We do not accept returns on cut yardage items. Cut yardage items include all ribbons and all lace trims.
• Buttons may be returned in their original condition for store credit only. Please utilize our convenient Button Sizing Chart when buying buttons!
• In order to return items for store credit, please contact Britex Fabrics for authorization within 10 business days of their delivery at 415-392-3906 or through our Customer Contact Form. Items returned to us without authorization will not be accepted.

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
• Cut yardage items under $20.00 per yard have a 1 yard minimum and are sold in increments of .25 yard.
• Cut yardage items $20.00 per yard and over have a .25 yard minimum and are sold in increments of .25 yard.
• BUTTON SIZING: All domed and thick buttons are sized according to what size button hole they fit through. Please utilize our convenient Button Sizing Chart when buying buttons!

  SHIPPING

  All regular domestic and international orders are shipped within 2 business days via U.S.P.S. First Class mail.

  Regular domestic shipping rates:

  • Orders under $29.99 are charged $4.00 shipping
  • Orders between $30.00 and $59.99 are charged $6.00 shipping
  • Orders between $60.00 and $99.99 are charged $8.00 shipping
  • Orders over $99.99 are shipped for free

  Overnight shipping for domestic orders will occur within 24 hours or one business day from time of order via U.P.S. for the flat rate of $55.00.

  Regular international shipping rates:*

  • Orders under $29.99 are charged $8.00 shipping
  • Orders between $30.00 and $59.99 are charged $10.00 shipping
  • Orders between $60.00 and $99.99 are charged $12.00 shipping
  • Orders over $99.99 are shipped for free

  We do not offer expedited international shipping services.

  Customs fees are not included.
